Our refund/exchange policy is valid for 14 days. We cannot give you a full refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

To be able to receive a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It also has to be in its original packaging (in case of damaged packaging, extra charges will be charged)

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to begin your return.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking, and our moderators will guide you through the process.

 

EXCHANGED ITEMS

If the price of the exchange item differs, the amount will be added or deducted from your replacement purchase.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not refundable.

NOTE:

  • FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
